Shipment processing time
We typically ship in-stock items on the next day, excluding Sunday. However, it may take us up to three business bays to ship in certain cases. We cannot ship on Sundays or U.S. public holidays, such as Christmas or Thanksgiving.
If you order a product that is out of stock but can be backordered, including custom built boards, we will contact you separately to advise on shipping time.
Shipping services and rates
We ship all orders with the United States Postal Service (USPS). It is fast, reliable, and offers great rates for domestic and international shipping.
A selection of USPS shipping services will be displayed, and the shipping charges for your order calculated, at checkout.
Tracking shipments
Tracking is available for all USPS services except USPS First Class Mail (note USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail do provide tracking). USPS only keeps tracking information for 120 days, after which their tracking services will generate random results.
Also, for international shipments, the local mail service in the destination country (e.g. Royal Mail in the U.K.) usually allows tracking of the package using the same tracking number.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We are unable to reduce the value of your order as stated on the customs form.
